Treasurer’s State Property Database
The Ohio Treasurer’s office partners with the Ohio Geographically Referenced Information Program (OGRIP) Council to maintain a database available to the public of all the real property under the custody and control of the state. On this page, our office has given the public the ability to search state properties through our searchable database.

How do I search for properties?
Below you will see a drop-down menu of all 88 Ohio counties. Click the drop-down menu and select the county you wish to search. Once you select a county, a list of every property will display on the screen. If you wish to view more information on the property, click the linked “Parcel ID” on the left side.

Can the public help identify properties that are being underutilized by the state? Yes. One of the goals of OGRIP is to determine which properties might be identified as underutilized and a possible candidate for being tagged surplus property and sold. One of the best ways to do this is for the public to weigh in on properties and share information with the state. The best way to do this is to e-mail: constituentaffairs@tos.ohio.gov.

Disclaimer: This database is compiled and updated annually by OGRIP, then provided to the Ohio Treasurer’s office. While the intent of this database is to be comprehensive, it might not list every property under control of the state. The sale of a property can sometimes take months or years to be completed, and reflected within the database. Not all owners are listed within the property listing. Every agency and/or county may display the properties in different formats. The Ohio Treasurer’s office is not responsible for Information that may be false or misleading, and is not responsible for the terms and conditions you may have to agree to from specific counties and/or agencies.
